dls-70 is a one part, conductive paste designed primarily for the purpose of laser etching. it can be used with semi-automatic, and manual printers, and offers excellent residence time on the screen. the cured film has excellent electrical and mechanical properties with good adhesion to a variety surfaces(ito coated film). 

processing procedures

application

before use, take paste out of the refrigerator, leave it in a room in the sealed state for approximately one hour, then use after mixing well.

the material may be applied by screen printing, a 325 or 400mesh screen with a 6-10um organic emulsion backing is recommended. use a hard silicone squeegee. screens can be cleaned with organic solvents such as 1st ethyl carbitol, 2nd  ethanol or isopropyl alcohol.

butyl carbitol acetate.(cas : 124-17-4)

curing

minimum cure is 130℃ for 30 minutes. cure time is only a guide. optimum conditions will vary depending upon application and will need to be determined experimentally.

storage

dls-70  should be stored frozen until ready for application. the shelf life is 4 months(0℃ ~ 5℃) from date of manufacture.
